WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We are currently working with two major carriers here in the United States. Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Services. (USPS) With over a decade of shipping knowledge, we've chosen the most affordable and reliable. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Once your item has shipped it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days, however that is contingent on the method you choose. There are several methods of shipping available and during the check out process you have the option of which to choose. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Depends on the items. We hate to have customs hold our props as they can sometimes be creepy or realistic. Inquiry prior to purchasing realistic props that you may think can be held at customs.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Almost all Credit Cards are accepted. That is the only form of payment unless its over $10,000 than we would ask for a company check.

Our website is secure and we've taken all measures to keep it safe. 

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
This should be simple, if there's a product you like the "add to cart" should be your best friend. Continue with the checkout process and everything else should be self explanatory. If you have further questions and would like to speak to someone our office is open from Mon-Fri from 9am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time. We are located in Los Angeles, CA. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Ideally you should. We update all our clients with new products and updates.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Immediately contact us via phone or email requesting a cancellation. Dependent on the status of your order we can tell you if you are able to cancel, refund, exchange, etc. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You must have an account and as your order is updated based on the stages of completion you will be notified. Once it reaches to the shipping stage, your account will have tracking info updated as well.
